Leval-1 Restaurant & Caterers sits on the ground floor of Samay Complex in Adajan Gam — a small, busy, 100% pure vegetarian kitchen that Surat locals have been ordering from for years.

We cook three things properly: Indo-Chinese, Punjabi main course, and Surti-style pav bhaji and pulav. Nothing sits under a lamp. Every manchurian is tossed on order, every bhaji finished on the tawa with butter you can smell from the counter.

The same kitchen doubles as a catering unit — kilo containers, buffet trays and live counters for events across the city.
